Patna: Basa beat Beltron eight wickets in the Bihar Corporate Cricket League Season 2 at Urja Stadium on Monday.
Beltran won the toss and decided to bat first. Beltron were all out for 109 runs in front of the Mriyank Das spin off 16.3 overs. Captain Santosh Malla scored 44 and Hasnain scored 22 runs for Beltron.
In reply, Basa achieved the target by losing two wickets in 11.2 overs thanks to Shasheem Rathore’s unbeaten 48 runs. Bigg Boss Season 12 fame Deepak Thakur was present on the ground during the match to encourage the players. Utkarsh Bank manager Shivansh Mishra and League vice president Prince Kumar gave away the player of the math award jointly to Mriyank Das and Santosh Malla.
