Patna: Under the auspices of Kho-Kho Association of Bihar, the selection trial of Bihar Women’s Kho-Kho team will be organised on February 18 at Kumar Progressive School, Parsama, Lakhisarai. Giving this information, Secretary of Kho-Kho Association of Bihar, Neeraj Kumar Pappu said that through this selection trial, the Bihar team to participate in the 56th Senior National Kho-Kho Championship to be held next month will be selected.
He said that for the successful conduct of this selection trial, an organizing committee was formed whose chairperson would be the school chairperson, Mrs. Sabita Kumari. The coordinators of this committee will be school principal Pulak Banerjee and President of Kho-Kho Association of Lakhisarai, Tijo Thomas. The co-convenor will be Amit Kumar, secretary of Kho-Kho Association of Lakhisarai.
Pappu said that the players will have to report to school on February 18 at 8 am. Transport arrangements have been made by the organizing committee for the players to travel from Kiul station to the venue. Besides, the organizing committee will give free T-shirt to the participants and arrangements for food have been made.
