RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Dedicates Renovated Guru Niwas at Mehi Ashram

Bhagalpur: The Guru Niwas in Maharishi Mehi Ashram at Kuppa Ghat here renovated recently after proper conservation work was dedicated to people today by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat.

RSS chief was chief guest at function organized in Maharishi Mehi Ashram to mark the occasion.  During his stay at Maharishi Mehi Ashram Bhagwat also participated in poster launch function of Hindi feature film “Mehi Ek Vichar Ek Vyaktitva” based on life of Guru Maharaj Maharishi Mehi.

It may be mentioned here there are large number of followers of Maharishi Mehi particularly in this part of state. In his address on the occasion RSS Sarsanghchalak mainly spoke about spirituality and philosophy of life.

The contribution of saints and sages in spiritual enrichment of country formed part of his speech. The RSS chief shared his views regarding what needs to be done by an individual for spiritual attainment.

Earlier Mahrishi Harinandan Parmhansji Maharaj of Maharishi Mehi Ashram inaugurated the function organized at ashram. Acharya Kishore Kunal was guest of honour on the occasion.

The security arrangement in city was tightened today in light of visit of RSS chief. Sizeable number of security personnel was deputed at venue of function. Security personnel were also deputed at number of places en-route to ashram from Naugachia station where Bhagwat arrived this morning.
