Shriram Khel Maidan and SPS CCC Move into Semi-Finals in Laxman Singh Memorial Under-15 Cricket Tournament

Patna: Shriram Khel Maidan and SPS CCC secured their places in the semi-finals of the Laxman Singh Memorial Under-15 Inter-School Cricket Tournament at Krishna Cricket Ground on Monday. In the quarter-finals, Shriram Khel Maidan triumphed over Sudarshan XI by 97 runs, while SPS CCC defeated SPCA by three wickets.

In the first match, Sudarshan XI won the toss and opted to field first. Batting first, Shriram Khel Maidan posted a strong total of 206 for 7 in 21 overs, with Ronik top-scoring with a brilliant 98 runs. In response, Sudarshan XI managed only 109 for 6 in their allotted overs. Ronik of the winning team was named Player of the Match, with the award presented by Shravan Kumar Agrawal, national spokesperson of the Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party.

The second match saw SPCA win the toss and bat first, scoring 145 all out in 22.4 overs, thanks to Utkarsh’s 52. Chasing the target, SPS CCC reached 146 for 7 in 18.1 overs, securing victory. Rajiv Ranjan (29 runs and 2 wickets) was adjudged Player of the Match for his all-round performance.
