School of Cricket Enter Final of Laxman Singh Memorial Cricket Tournament

Patna: School of Cricket secured their place in the final of the Laxman Singh Memorial Under-15 Inter-School Cricket Tournament after defeating SPS CCC by five runs in a thrilling semi-final clash.

In another quarter-final fixture of the tournament, YCC triumphed over SKP by three wickets to advance to the semi-finals.

Semi-Final Match

Held at the Krishna Cricket Ground, SPS CCC won the toss and elected to field first. School of Cricket posted a competitive total of 204 for nine in their allotted 25 overs. In response, SPS CCC fought hard but were bowled out for 199 in 24.4 overs, falling just short of the target. Piyush of the winning side, who scored 54 runs and took two wickets, was named Player of the Match.

Quarter-Final Match

SKP won the toss and opted to bat first, posting 121 all out in 18.4 overs. YCC chased down the target, reaching 124 for seven in 17.1 overs. Sunny Singh of YCC was awarded Player of the Match for his all-round contribution.
