Patna: Cricket Academy of Bihar (CAB) emerged victorious in the Akhilesh Memorial Under-13 Cricket Tournament, defeating Triumphant Cricket Academy by 4 wickets in a thrilling final.
CAB won the toss and invited Triumphant Cricket Academy to bat first. Triumphant posted a total of 124 runs in 25 overs, losing all their wickets. Manish top-scored with 43 runs, followed by Akash with 30. In response, CAB chased down the target, scoring 128 runs for 6 wickets in 23.2 overs.
Rishit was named the Player of the Match for his all-round performance, while Shivam Samrat was honoured as the Player of the Tournament. The awards were presented by Bihar Players Association President Mrityunjay Tiwari and International Coach MM Prasad. Coach Mukesh Kumar also extended a warm welcome to all.
