Patna: Under the aegis of Bihar Ball Badminton Association, Begusarai District Ball Badminton Association will conduct the selection trials of the Bihar State Sub Junior Ball Badminton teams on September 24 at Government Middle School Bihat.
Giving this information, Bihar Ball Badminton Association Secretary Gouri Shankar said Anupama Singh, coordinator of Kilkari Children’s Centre located at Government Middle School, Bihat, has been made the coordinator of the selection trials.
The trails will be held under the supervision of school headmaster Ranjan Kumar and District Ball Badminton Association secretary Vikas Kumar. The date of birth of the boys and girls participating in this selection trials should be on or after 02-01-2008.
Players participating in the trails will compulsorily bring the original Aadhaar card and its photocopy as well as two passport size photographs. Maximum five boy and five girl players from one district will be allowed to participate in the trails.
Shankar said that on the basis of the performance of this selection trials, 15 boys and 15 girls will be selected for the training camp of Bihar Sub-Junior Ball Badminton team. It may be noted that the 42nd Sub-Junior National Ball Badminton Championship (Boys and Girls) will be held in Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) from October 15 to October 19.
