Patna: Boys’ kabaddi and football matches were played on the second day of the Inter School Games “Khellozz” 2022, being held under the banner of United Country Youth Federation at Patliputra Sports Complex here on Sunday. Amit Kumar, Marketing Head, Ruban Group of Hospitals was present as the chief guest on the second day.
In boys’ kabaddi, St Michael’s High School, Mahadev High School, Foundation Academy and Gyan Niketan booked their berths in the semi-finals. In the quarterfinals, St Michael’s High School defeated Litera Valley 49-23, Mahadev High School defeated Mount Litera Bihta 43-40, Foundation Academy defeated St Karen’s Secondary 54-50 and Gyan Niketan boys defeated Destiny International 40-6.
Earlier, Foundation Academy defeated Mount Litera Arrah 58-42, Litera Valley defeated Dr DY Patil School 45-41, Mount Litera Bihta defeated Loyola Public School 52-33, St Karen’s Secondary beat Open Minds A Birla School 56-45, St Michael’s High School defeated St Karen’s 56-35, Foundation Academy defeated BD Public School 42-33. Girls kabaddi matches will be played on Monday.
In boys’ football, four matches were played on Sunday. St Karen’s Secondary defeated Radiant International 2-0, DAV Khagaul defeated Foundation Academy 3-0, St Dominic defeated Litera Valley 2-1 and St Michael’s High School defeated Gyan Niketan Boys 6-0.
