Patna: YMCC and PAC won their respective matches played in Patna District Senior Division Cricket League on Tuesday, March 12.
In the match played at Moinul Haq Stadium, YMCC defeated Crescent CC by 7 runs in a thrilling match, while in the match played at Sampatchak Ground, PAC defeated Moonlight CC by 64 runs.
Harshvardhan of YMCC was given the Player of the Match award by Nishant and Abhay of PAC by umpire Ashutosh Kumar.
YMCC vs Crescent CC
Crescent CC won the toss and elected to field first. Batting first, YMCC scored 213 runs for 6 wickets in 40 overs. Mohammad Yakub played an unbeaten inning of 38 runs. Apart from this, Ashish scored 32 runs, Satyam scored 29 not out and Shyamal Pandey scored 32 runs.
For Crescent CC, Rahul Singh took 2 wickets for 35 runs.
In reply, Crescent CC team was all out for 206 runs in 39.4 overs despite captain Aman Kumar’s 69 runs. Nikesh Kumar scored 34, Ranjan scored 32 runs.
PAC vs Moonlight CC
In the match played at Sampatchak Ground, PAC won the toss and batting first scored 175 runs losing all the wickets in 32.2 overs. Abdul Hameed played an inning of 35 runs.
In reply, Moonlight CC team could score only 111 runs for nine wickets in 32.3 overs after Rohit Yadav’s 52 runs. Abhay Kumar of PAC, who took four wickets, was given the Player of the Match award.
