Patna: Top seed Tabrez (Patna) beat Ravi Raman (Bhagalpur) 21-16, 21-18 to enter the men’s singles quarterfinal of Li Ning Bihar State Senior Badminton Championship 2023 being played in Begusarai on Friday.
