Patna, July 19: Shweta Shahi and Aarti Kumari of Bihar have been selected in the Indian women’s ruby 7 team to participate in the upcoming Asian Rugby Sevens Championships to be held in Jakarta (Indonesia) from August 6 to 7
Expressing his happiness over the selection of two Bihar girls in Indian team, director general of Sports Development Authority of Bihar Raveendran Sankaran said,” The proud daughters of Bihar are now part of the Indian rugby women’s team for the Asian Rugby 7 Championship”. He congratulated both the players for their feat.
