Patna: In the BCA Super League, matches that started at three different venues of Bihar, at the end of the first day’s play, Siwan scored 32 runs for the loss of two wickets in their first innings, in reply to the Rest of Shahabad zone’s 292 at the Moinul Haq Stadium here. In Supaul Virpur, the Rest of Mithila Zone team scored 348 runs for the loss of nine wickets, while in Purnia, the Patna team scored 194 runs all out all wickets in their first innings while due to the brilliant century of Shishir Saket, the Rest of Seemanchal team scored of 223 runs for no loss.
After winning the toss and electing to bat, the Rest of Shahabad Zone team posted a score of 292. Rest of Shahabad zone’s Nikhil scored 88 runs, Varun Raj made 62 runs and Ankit Raj scored 53 runs. For, Siwan, Sabbir Khan took 4 wickets, Md Irshad took 3 wickets and Imran Nazir took 2 wickets.
In reply, Siwan’s team lost two wickets for 32 runs. For Rest of Shahabad zone Ankit took both the wickets.
The Rest of Seemanchal Zone team won the toss and invited Patna to bat first at the Green Valley Stadium in Purnia. For Patna, Shashim scored 51 runs, Harsh Raj scored 33 runs and Vivek Kumar made 21 runs while Yashashvi remained unbeaten on 36 runs. For, Rest of Seemanchal Zone, Shravan took 4 wickets, Vachaspati took 3 wickets and Jishu Qureshi took 2 wickets.
In reply, Shishir Saket hit an unbeaten ton (124) and Shraman Nigrogh also remained unbeaten on 93 runs for Rest of Seemanchal zone.
Rest of Mithila Zone scored 348 runs losing 9 wickets while electing to bat at Kosi Club Ground, Birpur (Supaul). Utkarsh scored 99 runs and Gaurav contributed 72 runs. Krishna tto slammed unbeaten 61 runs. Pramod Kumar took 5 wickets for Magadh zone.
