Team vice-captain Murari Kumar scored 108 runs and Begusarai scored 450 runs for seven wickets in the stipulated 50 overs and won the match by 99 runs by restricting Bhagalpur team to 351 runs.
At the local Barauni Fertilizer Cricket Ground, Begusarai won the toss and batted first and scored 450 runs after losing 7 wickets in 50 overs. On behalf of Begusarai, Prithvi Raj scored a double century scored 205 runs. Murari scored 108 runs and Gulshan scored a quick 56 runs.
