Biharsharif: In the first match played under Magadh Zone of Randhir Verma Under-19 Inter District Cricket Tournament, hosts Nalanda defeated Gaya by seven wickets.
In this match played at Nalanda Cricket Ground, Biharsharif, Gaya won the toss and decided to bat first. Recovering from a bad start, Gaya scored 176 runs losing all the wickets in 39.3 overs. Ranjan Yadav scored 26, Abhishek Rahane scored 35, Sachin scored 20, Vishal Singh scored 39, Rohit Kumar scored 10 not out, Sufiyan Khan scored 11 runs. 19 runs were scored as extras.
