MP Women’s Cricket Premier League inaugurated

Patna: Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated the MP Women’s Cricket Premier League at the Moinul Haq Stadium under the Sansad Khel Mahotsav on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, MP Sushil Kumar Modi said that the Modi government has done a lot of work for the development of sports. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi talks directly to the players to encourage them. He said that there has been a complete increase in medals in big events organised during the tenure of the Modi government.

Kumhrar MLA Arun Kumar Sinha was present as a special guest on this occasion. Cricket coach Santosh Kumar, a member of the organising committee, said that the league was to be inaugurated on April 30, but rain disrupted it and the match and inauguration could not be held. In such a situation, the direct semi-final match of the league will be played between Red vs Golden and Yellow vs Blue on Wednesday while the final match will be played on Thursday. Rajni Sinha, Satish Gupta, Abhishek Kumar etc were present on the occasion of inauguration.
