Patna, May 19 : Under the aegis of All Bihar Chess Association, East Champaran District Chess Association is organising Bihar State Under 17 Chess Championship from June 7. The competition will be organised at SS Roy Hotel located at Hospital Square, Agrawa, Motihari.
A total of Rs. 10,000 cash prize money will be distributed as prize in this Swiss chess tournament played in seven rounds. The last date to participate in the tournament is June 3. The team selected on the basis of this championship will represent Bihar in the National Under 17 Chess Championship.
Only those players can participate in this tournament who have registered themselves with All Bihar Chess Association.
