Kaimur, Rohtas register wins in Moinul Haq Cup football

Patna: Kaimur and Rohtas registered victory in the ongoing Moinul Haq Cup Bihar State Football Championship at Jagjivan Stadium, Mohania in Kaimur district. Kaimur defeated Jehanabad 7-0 while Rohtas defeated Arwal 1-0.

The match played between Kaimur and Jehanabad was completely one-sided. Five goals were scored in the first half while two goals were scored in the second half. Kaif Khan (4th and 55th minutes), Nehal Ali (9th and 27th minutes) and Sandeep Kumar (34th and 49th) scored two goals each. One goal was scored by Sonu Kumar Yadav in the sixth minute of the game.

In this match, the referee showed yellow cards to Jehanabad’s Kumar Gautam and Anurag Kumar. The chief referee of this match was Vinay Kumar while the assistant referees were Mukesh Rai and Mohammad Salam. The fourth judge was Tarun Kumar.

The match played between Rohtas and Arwal was very competitive. There was a lot of competition between the players of both the teams to score the goal. Finally, in the 65th minute of the game, Mordhwaj of Rohtas got success and he scored a goal to give his team a 1-0 lead which remained till the end.

The main referee of this match was Ajit Kumar while the assistant referees were Mohammad Parvez Alam and Mukesh Rai. Aditya Kumar was in the role of the fourth judge.
