Patna: Indian women’s team started its campaign with a win in the BFA Women’s Baseball Asian Cup 2023 in Hong Kong. India defeated Thailand 9-8.
The Indian women’s team, playing under the guidance of Madhu Sharma, secretary of the Bihar Baseball Association, achieved this feat. With this victory, the Indian women’s team will play its first qualifier match against Malaysia.
Bihar baseball players and officials congratulated the Indian team on this commendable performance. Along with this, it is expected that the Indian team under the leadership of Madhu Sharma will give its best performance and capture the trophy.
