Patna: The elections of the Basketball Association of Bihar were held on Sunday, April 21, at The Oregano Resort here in which a new executive was formed for the next four years. Dr. Ranjit Kumar Singh (IAS), Rekha Kumari and Shashikant Pandey were unanimously elected to the post of President, Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
The election was conducted under the supervision of Basketball Federaion of India observer Pradeep Kumar Audi (vice president, BFI), Bihar Olympic Association observer Ramashish Prasad Singh and Sports Department observer Anandi Kumar. Officials of all the affiliated units of Basketball Association of Bihar participated in this election. The successful completion of the election took place under the supervision of Returning Officer Advocate, Patna High Court Arvind Kumar.
