Patna: Saurashtra thrashed Bihar by 8 wickets in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 cricket at Daly College ground in Indore on Thursday.
Bihar won the toss and decided to bat first. Bihar’s team was all out for 119 runs in 19.4 overs. Piyush Kumar Singh scored 21 runs and Bipin Saurabh scored 20 runs for Bihar. For Saurashtra, Chetan Sakaria took three wickets for 26 runs, while Unadkat and Jadeja took two wickets each.
In reply, Saurashtra scored 124 runs in 14.1 overs for the loss of two wickets. H Desai made an unbeaten 59 runs and Seldon Jackson too remained unbeaten on 26 runs. Harsh Vikram Singh and Anuj Raj claimed one wicket each for Bihar.
