Patna: DBUU Bombers and JIS Janbaz won the respective matches in the Casa Picolla School Cricket Under-15 League 15 on Saturday. Bombers beat Knight Riders by 5 wickets while JIS Jambaz beat Geeta Fighters by 9 wickets.
In the first match played at Krishna Stadium, Khemnichak ground under the aegis of Turning Point, DBUU Bombers won the toss and invited HIT Knight Riders to bat. Knight Riders were all out for 109 runs in 19 overs while playing first. In reply, Bombers won the match by scoring 113 runs for 5 wickets in 17.4 overs. Ronit Narayan, Rouzan Abbas and Armaan Abbas jointly awarded the player of the match award to Aman of the winning team.
In the second match, JIS Janbaj won the toss and invited Geeta Fighters to bat first. Geetawere all out for 70 runs in 16 overs. JIS Jabanz achieved the target by scoring 76 runs in 10.1 overs for the loss of one wicket and won the match by 9 wickets. Neeraj of the winning team was jointly awarded the player of the match award by Rauzan Abbas and Armaan Abbas of HIT.
