Patna: The 2nd Bihar State Senior (men/women) and Junior (boys/girls) Grappling Wrestling Championship will be held in Motihari from November 12 to 13. The championship is being organised by East Champaran District Grappling Wrestling Committee under the aegis of Grappling Wrestling Committee of Bihar.
Giving information about this, president of Grappling Wrestling Committee of Bihar, Kishlay Kishore said that to make the championship a success, preparations are being made under the supervisions of Vinod Jaiswal, president of East Champaran District Grappling Wrestling Committee, district secretary Keshav Krishna and president of organising committee Umesh Singh.
Invitations have been sent to all concerned district grappling wrestling committees of the state for participation in the championship. General secretary of the Grappling Wrestling Committee of Bihar Gouri Shankar said that on the basis of the performance of this tournament, the Bihar grappling wrestling senior and junior team will be selected, which will participate in the National championship to be held in Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) from November 24 to 27.
