Patna: Bihar players will soon have the option of playing in a new and clean atmosphere. A Mini Sports Complex will be erected on the campus of BPL Residential Public School in Ajwan village, Naubatpur, near Patna. This information was provided by school director BB Jha.
He stated that the institution includes educational facilities for students in grades one through twelve. A mini sports complex is being built on the school grounds with the goal of increasing the kids’ athletic performance. Aside from cricket, there will also outdoor events like as football, athletics, kabaddi, basketball, and volleyball. Indoor training for badminton, chess, and carrom will also be provided.
Recognised coaches will be employed for all of this. Aside from schoolchildren, the sports complex welcomes local children and youngsters from neighbouring areas of the state. Because the school also provides hostel facilities.
He stated that the state government is creating jobs and supporting sports. In such a setting, we are resolved to work to promote children in sports from a young age so that they can compete at the national, international, and Olympic levels. At the same time, rural talent continues to be underserved due to a lack of local stadiums. According to Jha, the presence of a mini stadium will provide an opportunity for rural youngsters to participate.
