Patna: Bihar took a commanding 155 runs lead over Arunachal Pradesh on the second day of the plate group Ranji Trophy match at Urja Stadium here on Wednesday. At the end of the day’s play Biahr were 367 for the loss of four wickets in their first innings in reply to Arunachal Pradesh’s 212 in the first innings.
The highlight of Bihar innings was a brilliant century by opening batsman Adhiraj Johri. Adhiraj made 118 runs off 200 balls with nine hits to the fence and one over it. Another opener Binny made 39 runs. For Bihar, Rishav scored 65 runs with 10 boundaries. At the end of the day’s play, Sakibul Gani was unbeaten on 66 (10×4) and Sachin Kumar Singh on 51.
For Arunachal Pradesh, Doria took two wickets for 14 runs.
