Patna: It rained goals in Monday’s match in Rekha Devi Memorial Patna District Junior Division Football League being played under the aegis of Patna Football Association at Sanjay Gandhi Stadium in Patna. The players of Flying Woods rained goals on Nathan International School and defeated them 10-0. Mahtab Manjar of Flying Woods scored a hat-trick.
The match played between Flying Woods and Nathan International School, was one-sided. In the second minute of the game, Mohan Kishku opened the scoring. Mahtab Manjar scored for Flying Woods in the 5th, 8th and 15th minutes of the game.
Mohan Kishku scored a goal in 2nd minute, Saubhagya (12th), Dhirendra Kishku (22nd, 75th), Amin Ahmed (46th and 48th) and Sarfazuddin (80th). Mahtab Manjar, who scored a hat-trick, was awarded the Player of the Match award by the vice president of Patna Football Association, Sunil Kumar.
