Bhagalpur: Bhagalpur Cricket Club defeated Rising Star Cricket Club by 8 wickets in the Bhagalpur District Cricket League which is being held under the aegis of Bhagalpur District Cricket Association.
After winning the toss, the captain of Rising Star Cricket Club decided to field first. Batting first, Bhagalpur Cricket Club scored 253 runs losing 2 wickets in 30 overs. Kumar Krishna played the highest unbeaten inning of 101 runs for Bhagalpur Cricket Club.
Amit Kumar also played an unbeaten inning of 62 runs. Sachin Bhardwaj scored 53 runs. Sahil took 2 wickets in bowling for Rising Star Cricket Club.
In reply, Rising Star Cricket Club could score only 116 runs after losing 10 wickets in 20.4 overs. Bunty scored 59 runs. Golden played an inning of 14 runs and Sahil played an inning of 10 runs. Sachin Bhardwaj took 4 wickets for Bhagalpur Cricket Club.
