Patna: Ayush Mishara of Lohia Nagar Mount Carmel School won the cadet boys singles’ title of Dr Shatrughan Prasad Memorial Inter-School Table Tennis Championship defeating Nilesh of Tender Hearts International School in straight sets 2-0.
In cadet girls semifinal, Ananya (St Joseph’s Convent) beat Vaishnavi in straight sets 2-0 to enter the final.
In the second semifinal, Navya Laxmi of Christ Church School beat Nupur Banerjee 2-1 to move into the final.
In junior girls section, Kumari Ananya (St Joseph’s )and Varisha Singh (St Michael’s) advanced into the final.
In the junior boys singles event Pushkar Verma of Litera Valley, Risik of T Raza School, Eklavya Sharma (Loyola), Priyanshu Das (Tender Hearts International School) moved into the semifinals.
