Patna: Adalatganj CC and Sharma Sporting won their respective matches played on Sunday in the Patna District Senior Division Cricket League being played under the aegis of Patna District Cricket Association. Adalatganj CC defeated City Student Club by 7 wickets while Sharma Sporting defeated Vidyarthi CC by 6 wickets.
At 22 Yard Cricket Academy Ground, City Student Club won the toss and batting first scored 190 runs for 9 wickets in 40 overs. Muddasir Babu scored 85 runs. Sudhanshu Ranjan took 3 wickets and Sushant took 2 wickets for Adalatganj CC.
In reply, Adalatganj CC scored 192 runs for 3 wickets in 27.3 overs. Vikas Kumar scored 69, Saket Kumar scored 63 runs. Sudhanshu Ranjan (3 wickets) of the winning team was awarded the Player of the Match.
At Gennex Cricket Academy ground Sharma Sporting won the toss and invited Vidyarthi CC to bat. Vidyarthi CC batted first and scored 108 runs losing all wickets in 16.3 overs. Ravi Prakash scored 77 runs. Sharma Sporting Club’s Pranav took 6 wickets.
In reply, Sharma Sporting won the match by scoring 109 runs for 4 wickets in 18.2 overs with the help of Rishi’s 55 runs. Pranav of the winning team was given the Player of the Match award.
