Patna: Under the auspices of Turning Point, individuals who have contributed to the development of various sectors, including education, art, and sports, will be honoured at the Sardar Patel Award Ceremony to take place at Premchand Rangshala in Rajendranagar on 1st May. This announcement was made by Turning Point’s Managing Director, Vijay Sharma.
He stated that preparations for the function, which is being organised under the guidance of Santosh Tiwari, founder of the Sardar Patel Sports Foundation, are nearing completion.
Sharma added that the awards will recognise individuals who have dedicated their lives to sports, emerging athletes, and those working towards the advancement of other societal fields, such as education, health, business, and public service. The honourees will include ward councillors of the Patna Municipal Corporation and members of the empowered committee.
Additionally, players from the winning and runner-up teams of the Casa Picolla School Cricket League Season-5, organised by Turning Point, will also be felicitated during the ceremony.
