Bihar Sharif: In the Randhir Verma Under-19 Cricket Tournament Magadh Zone, being held at the playground of Mohammadpur village in Ekangarsarai Aungari police station area of Nalanda district, the Nalanda team achieved the honor of becoming the group champion by registering its fourth consecutive win.
In the match played on Monday, April 9, Nawada won the toss and decided to bat first. Batting first, Nawada team scored 248 runs losing 10 wickets in its stipulated 50 overs.
Jogesh Patel contributed 64 runs, Adarsh Kumar Pandey contributed 54 runs, Harsh Kumar contributed 36 runs.
For Nalanda, Rahul Bharat took three wickets, Ram Vardhan took two wickets, Harshit Raj took two wickets and Aryan Aman took two wickets.
