Patna: Bihar were 189 for five in their first innings on the second day of the Cooch Behar Trophy match in Valsad on Saturday.
Earlier, resuming the day at 268 for 8, Gujarat were all out for 287 runs in their first innings. For Bihar, Satyam Kumar and Suman took three wickets each, and Vasudev and Anup took two wickets each.
In Bihar’s first innings, Chandan Kumar made 44 runs, Animesh Kumar scored 21 runs, Deepesh Gupta scored 10 runs, Himanshu Nagar made 9 runs, and Agastya scored 12 runs, while Taufik and Satyam were unbeaten on 53 and 24 runs, respectively. For Gujarat, Tirath Patel took two wickets and Khilan A Patel took one wicket, while two players had to be run out.
