- About 22 plots will be allotted through Commercial Plot Allotment Scheme in Greater Noida, deadline set for Dec 8

Lucknow: In its effort to fast-track Uttar Pradesh’s industrial and economic progress, the Yogi government is particularly focusing on the development of Greater Noida. Aligning pace of development with provision of civic amenities, the Yogi government has facilitated economic and commercial activities in Greater Noida through the Commercial Plot Allocation Scheme.
In line with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has invited applications for plot allocation through this scheme, which will be completed through an e-auction process. It is noteworthy that under this commercial plot scheme, the allocation pathway is well-defined for plots ranging from 2313.47 to 12,000 square meters.
Notably, the deadline for registration in this plot allocation scheme is set for December 8, and the entire process will be completed through the State Bank of India’s (SBI) e-tendering portal.
EMD fixed from Rs 2.19 crore to Rs 10.17 crore
Applications have been invited for the allocation of 22 plots in Greater Noida through the Commercial Plot Allocation Scheme (FAR-4.0), with the earnest money deposit (EMD) ranging from Rs 2.19 crores to Rs 10.17 crores.
These plots include 5 plots of 2313.47 square meters each in Sector Delta-2, 5 plots of 2580 square meters each in Sector Alpha-2, a plot of 11500 square meters in Sector Alpha-2, a plot of 12000 square meters in Sector Ecotech-12, a plot of 10000 square meters in Technozone-8, 6 plots of 10400 square meters each in Sector 12, 3 plots of 10600 square meters each in Sector 10, and a plot of 9250 square meters in Sector 10.
’Door to door survey’ of villages in Greater Noida
The Industrial Development Authority is preparing to conduct a door to door survey in the villages of Greater Noida. The authority has started the process of binding a consultant agency for conducting land audit and door to door survey in this regard through request for proposal. It is noteworthy that preparations are also going on for conducting aerial drone survey in these villages. The consultant agency will not only compile the data obtained from this survey, but will also implement and specify the necessary procedure for door to door survey.
It is noteworthy that the consultant agency will be hired on a one-year contract. It will carry out tasks like door to door information collection, boundary digitization and survey, mapping and reporting.
