Patna: YCC Orange defeated YCC Yellow by four wickets in the first match of the Hemant Sinha Memorial Cricket Tournament on Friday at the YCC Cricket Academy Shakha ground in Rajendra Nagar, Patna. The incomplete match between YCC Orange and YCC Yellow on Thursday was played on Friday.
After winning the toss, YCC Yellow scored 209 runs losing all the wickets. YCC Orange achieved the target of 210 runs by scoring 211 runs losing 6 wickets and getting the ticket to the semi-finals. Vivek Kumar of the winning team was awarded the Player of the Match award. The award was given by Hemant Sinha’s brother Sharat Sinha (IPS, Additional Police Commissioner). Ayush, Sanjay Kumar Mantu and academy coach Santosh Kumar were present on this occasion.
