Katihar: White Eleven defeated Sunny Cricket Academy by 41 runs in the Katihar District A Division Cricket League on Friday under the auspices of Katihar District Cricket Association at Rajendra Stadium in the city.
White XI team won the toss and batted first and scored 168 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in 39.4 overs. Vishnu Kumar Sah scored 45 runs and Tausif Alam scored 25 runs. Gautam Thakur took 3 wickets and Vikas Kumar took 3 wickets from Sunny Cricket Academy.
Chasing the target of 169 runs, Sunny Cricket Academy team was all out after scoring 127 runs in 26.5 overs. Gautam Thakur scored 42 runs and Vikas Kumar scored 22 runs. White 11 team won the match by 41 runs and scored 2 points.
Asad Hasmi and Ajit Singh were the umpires for match while Siddhant Singh was the scorer.
