Patna: An all-round performance by Vikas Kumar (102 runs and two wickets) helped Panchsheel CC beat Secretariat Club by a huge margin of 103 runs in the Patna District Senior Division Cricket League, organised by PDCA ad-hoc committee.
Panchsheel CC won the toss and decided to bat first and scored 227 runs for two wickets in 30 overs. Vikas Kumar scored 102 runs in 83 balls with the help of nine fours and five sixes. Aditya Shivam scored an unbeaten 61 in 41 balls with the help of nine fours and one six.
In reply, Secretariat Club scored 124 runs for nine wickets in 30 overs. Ashish Raj scored 24, Rishabh Raj scored 24 and captain Neeraj Kumar scored 25 not out. Aditya Kumar took 3 wickets for 15 runs and Vikas Kumar took two wickets for 15 runs. Vikas of Panchsheel CC was given the player of the match award.
