By Our Correspondent

Lucknow: The Yogi government, actively promoting industrial expansion in the state, is expediting the e-auction of plots in various industrial zones. The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) is conducting a series of e-auctions for plots in its industrial areas, with 68 plots allotted for diverse projects through e-auction on October 5.

Some of these plots have been designated for industrial groups with whom MoUs have been established. Notably, land has been allocated for the Food Processing Project in Etah and the Plywood Project in Sandila.

As part of this ongoing initiative, the authority had invited applications for plot allotments in industrial areas of Mathura, Aligarh, Amethi, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Varanasi, Kanpur, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, and Chandauli districts. Mayur Maheshwari, CEO of the authority, emphasized that the plot allocations are being executed with utmost transparency in the e-auction process.
