Patna, May 23: The award function of Casa Picolla School Cricket League Season-4, organized by Turning Point which was scheduled to be held on May 26 at Premchandra Rangashala, Rajendra Nagar, will now be held on June 9. This information was given by Vijay Sharma, MD of Turning Point and organizing chairman of Casa Picolla School Cricket League Season-4. This change has been made keeping in view Lok Sabha elections and other technical reasons. He said that Sardar Patel felicitation ceremony will also be organised on this occasion.
Sharma said that the award distribution ceremony will begin at 12.30 pm. The responsibility of successful conduct of the entire event has been handed over to Santosh Tiwari of Sardar Patel Sports Foundation and this event will be held under his supervision.
He said that this year, Rungta Warriors won the league title while the team of GONIT Blaster was the runner up.
Apart from the players of the winning and runner-up teams of Casa Picolla School Cricket League Season-4, the best players of this league will be honored and rewarded.
additionally, social workers who have made significant contribution in the development of sports, education and other areas of the society will also be honoured. Women players and coaches of other sports including cricket will also be honoured.
