Patna, May 6: Preparations are underway for the Sumitra Dayal Memorial One Day Final Women’s Cricket Tournament scheduled to take place at the Cricket Academy of Bihar (CAB) grounds on May 7, organized by CAB. Amikar Dayal, the academy’s director and former captain of the Indian youth cricket team, announced the completion of arrangements. The final match will feature CAB XI against Nayaab Sports XI, with both teams having finalized their line-ups.
Dr. Andrew Fleming, the in-charge of East and North-East India at the British High Commission, will be the chief guest at the closing ceremony. Animesh Parashar, Commissioner of the Patna Municipal Corporation, will be the special guest for the event.
