Patna: Sudarshan XI entered the final of Dr Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial Under-13 Cricket Tournament by defeating YCC Sports Academy by one run by DL rules. The final match will be played on Monday.
YCC Sports Academy won the toss and decided to field first in the second semi-final played at the Cricket Academy of Bihar ground on Sunday. Batting first, Sudarshan XI scored 169 runs losing all wickets in 24.1 overs. Rupesh scored 55 runs.
In reply YCC Academy team scored 65 runs for six wickets in 10.3 overs. Further match could not be played due to rain and Sudarshan XI won by 1 run as per DL rule. Organising secretary Santosh Tiwari presented the player of the match award to Rupesh.
