Patna: Open Mind A Birla School will organise a two-day Sipahi Bhagat Memorial Under-15 Girls and Boys Inter School Kho-Kho Tournament from August 24 under the aegis of Sipahi Bhagat Sports Foundation.
Giving this information, the school’s director Aman Kumar said that only schools of Patna affiliated to CBSE and ICSE will be given entry in this competition. He said that August 20 will be the last date for submitting applications.
School’s Principal Paljinder Pal Singh said that the matches would be organised on two courts. The matches would be conducted by panel referees, he added.
He said that the winner and runner-up teams would be given individual awards along with a glittering trophy. Along with this, awards for Player of the Tournament, Rising Star of the Tournament, Attacker of the Tournament and Defender of the Tournament will also be given. There will also be an award for the Fair Play Team.
