Patna: Siwan were bundled out for 214 on Day 2 of the BCA Super League at the Moinul Haq Stadium against Rest of Shahabad in Patna. With this, Shahabad Zone took a 78-run first innings lead. In the second innings, Rest of Shahabad zone lost six wickets for 68 runs till the end of the second day’s play.
At the end of the second day’s play in the Patna vs Rest of Seemanchal Zone match at the Green Valley Stadium in Purnia, Patna scored 56 runs for the loss of one wicket in the second innings. Earlier, in reply to Patna’s 194 in the first innings, Rest of Seemanchal Zone scored a score of 430 runs in the first innings.
In the match between Rest of Mithila Zone vs Rest of Magadh Zone at Veerpur, Supaul, on the second day, Rest of Mithila Zone scored 130 runs for five wickets in the second innings. Earlier, in response to Rest of Mithilanchal Zone’s first innings score of 353, Rest of Magadh Zone team got all out by scoring just 138 runs.
The Rest of Shahabad team faltered in the second innings against Siwan at the Moinul Haq Stadium At the end of the second day’s play, Rest of Shahabad Zone scored 68 runs for 6 wickets in 17 overs. Siwan scored 214 runs in their first innings while Rest of Shahabad Zone scored 292 runs in their first innings.
Rest of Seemanchal were all out scoring 430 runs, after starting the day at 223 for no loss. Shraman Nigrodh scored 93 runs while Shishir Saket struck a magnificent 183 runs. Karan scored 44 runs and Md Tabrez scored 53 runs. For, Patna, Vivek took 3 wickets and Suraj took 5 wickets.
