Patna: Sardar Patel Cricket Academy won Dr Sanjay Memorial Under-15 Inter School Cricket Tournament title beating State Coaching Centre by 221 runs at Sanjay Gandhi Gandhi Stadium here on Wednesday.
The State Coaching Centre won the toss and decided to field first. Batting first, Sardar Patel Cricket Academy scored 291 runs for seven wickets in 25 overs with the help of Abhishek’s 106 runs. In reply, State Coaching Center were all out for 70 runs in 12.2 overs in front of the deadly bowling of Aman (5 wickets for 18 runs).
Chief guest Dr Ramakant Srivastava, special guest Dr Vinay Kumar Sinha, Ravi Ranjan, Kundan Srivastava and Saumya Kriti gave away the prizes. Parimal Sinha, Anuj Singh, Anil Kumar, Ranjit Kumar, Saurabh Chakraborty, Ashutosh, Yatendra and Priyanshu were present on this occasion. The function was anchored by Ashish Sinha and Santosh Tiwari proposed a vote of thanks.
