Patna, May 26: Samastipur, Saran, Bhagalpur and Patna have confirmed their places in the semi-finals of the Straight Drive Bihar PRO Men’s Invitation Volleyball Tournament. In the semi-finals, Samastipur will face Saran while Bhagalpur will face Patna.
In the league match played on Sunday, Samastipur defeated West Champaran 25-22, 25-11, Bhagalpur defeated Saran 25-11, 25-18, Patna defeated West Champaran 25-11, 25-19.
In the league match played on the inaugural day, Saran defeated Begusarai 25-8, 25-12, Samastipur defeated Patna 25-18,25-23, Bhagalpur defeated Begusarai 25-18,25-22.
Under-19 International player Anuj Singh, Under-19 India Camp players Sushant Kumar, Ravi Raj and Under-19 Camp Rajiv Ranjan are playing from Saran team.
