Patna: Riyanshi Gupta of Madhepura clinched the women’s singles title of Braj Deo Prasad 69th Bihar State Inter District Table Tennis Championship at Bihar Young Men’s Institute here on Thursday. Riyanshi Gupta defeated Pragati Goswami of Patna in a marathon 9 -game thriller 11-0,12-12, 10-12, 11-8,3-11, 10-8,3-11,10-12, 11-8 .
In Youth girls singles, Nandini of Patna claimed the title defeating Rudrani. In the junior girls’ singles final, Mahi Gupta of beat Kumari Ananya of Patna.
In the semi-finals of Youth boys singles, Kumar Harshit defeated Saikat Das 11-5,11-4,11-6 and Shwet Raj defeated Sagar Das 11-8,11-6,11-6 to enter the finals to set up final clash.
