Agra: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and BJP National President JP Nadda, on Thursday, laid the foundation stone and inaugurated 124 development projects worth about Rs 5200 crore in Agra.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister praised PM Modi’s efforts in uplifting the underprivileged citizens of the nation. “Today, we pay homage to Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. Honoring Baba Saheb signifies respecting the marginalized communities and upholding the Constitution,” he emphasized.
Highlighting the party’s commitment to societal welfare, the Chief Minister remarked, “In the past decade, under PM Modi’s leadership, we have witnessed the emergence of a new India- an India where unity transcends caste, religion, and language. “It’s an India that aspires to integrate every village, poor person, farmer, youth and woman into the societal mainstream in order to empower them to lead dignified lives and forge ahead. It is not founded on caste, religion, or language. The guiding principle behind this endeavor is ‘Sabka saath, Sabka Vikas’.”
He continued: “Even those sections of society that were deprived of their rights since independence, are experiencing a sense of inclusion and development under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi today. Furthermore, he stressed that honoring Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar translates to upholding the values of the Constitution and the parliamentary system of India. He credited Prime Minister Modi for amplifying the voices of millions of underprivileged individuals across the country.
The CM also credited PM Modi with the significant naming of the international airport in Ayodhya after Maharishi Valmiki, the ‘trikaldarshi’ sage who had a dialogue with Lord Ram.
CM Yogi also credited PM Modi with resolving the issue surrounding Seergovardhan in Kashi, revered as the holy land of Sant Ravidas after becoming the MP from the constituency, where a towering 25-feet statue of Sant Ravidas Maharaj has been inaugurated today, alongside the construction of a grand park and museum.
The Chief Minister praised Modi’s efforts in honoring the pioneers of social justice in the country and ensuring rights for the poor, Dalits, and marginalized communities. He highlighted achievements such as providing housing, sanitation facilities, and improved healthcare for the underprivileged.
