Patna Police seized non-judicial stamp papers worth Rs 1.52 lakh from the possessions of one Natwarlal under Ramkrishnab Nagar police station area on December 25, 2015. Later, the police arrested Natwarlal and launched a man hunt for the kingpin of the fake stamp racket gang.
