Patna: Masaurhi beat Barh 1-0 in the U-14 football final of Patna District Daksh School Sports Meet at Patliputra Sports Complex here on Monday.
Patna District Sports Officer Om Prakash awarded medals, certificates and trophies to the winners of various sports events held today. On this occasion Abhishek Kumar, Dhirendra Kumar, Nandkishore Prasad, Madhu Kumari and technical officials of related sports were present.

Football: Danapur advanced to the next round of the Under-17 boys category after defeating Dhanrua in a tiebreaker 5-4.
In the second match of the under-17 boys’ category, Barh defeated Bihta 2-0 to enter the next round.
In the third match of the Under-17 boys’ category, Patna Sadar defeated Sampatchak 2-0 to enter the next round.
In the fourth match of the Under-17 boys’ category, Masaurhi got a walk over and entered the next round.
Kabaddi:
In the quarterfinals of kabaddi Under-17 girls’ category, Barh defeated Daniyawan 31-06, Patna Sadar defeated Athamalgola 35-30 and Sampatchak defeated Bihta 26-20.
