Patna: The 15th Dhyanchand Memorial Ball Badminton Tournament, hosted at Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan with technical support from the Bihar Ball Badminton Association, saw intense competition as teams battled for a spot in the semi-finals. From Pool A, Kilkari Patna and Miller School secured their places, while Mahant Hanuman Sharan Vidyalaya and Kilkari Gaya advanced from Pool B.
On the third day of the tournament, Kilkari Patna delivered a commanding performance, defeating Ram Mohan Roy Seminary 35-12, 35-15. Miller School also emerged victorious, overcoming Patna Collegiate with a score of 35-23, 35-27. In Pool B, Mahant Hanuman Sharan Vidyalaya fought hard to defeat Panchsheel High School in a closely contested match, finishing 32-35, 35-31, 35-27. Kilkari Gaya earned their semi-final spot by defeating Sir GD Patliputra School 35-18, 35-33.
Standout performances came from Ravi, Prince, and Ritesh of Mahant Hanuman Sharan Vidyalaya; Krishnamohan, Vishal, and Ranjit of Miller School; Suraj, Anokhelal, and Gaurav of Kilkari Patna; and Aniket, Sachin, and Arjun of Kilkari Gaya.
