Bhabua, June 8: Kaimur defeated Bhojpur by 3 wickets in a match played on Saturday under Shahabad Zone of BCA Shyamal Sinha Inter District Under-16 Cricket Tournament organized by Kaimur District Cricket Association under the aegis of Bihar Cricket Association. This was Kaimur’s second win in 3 matches while Bhojpur’s first loss in 3 matches.
In the match played at the local Jagjivan Stadium, Bhojpur won the toss and decided to bat first. Winning the toss and batting first, Bhojpur team scored a respectable score of 146 runs after losing all wickets in 38.3 overs. Arjun Singh scored a brilliant half-century and scored 55 runs in 105 balls.
