Ranchi: Hockey Jharkhand defeated Goa 18-00 in the 13th Hockey India Junior Men’s Hockey Championship 2023 at Birsa Munda Stadium in Rourkela on Monday.
Deepak Soreng scored 4 goals, Atish Dodrai and Joseph scored 4 goals each for Jharkhand. Topno scored 3 goals, Shet Topno and Sukhnath Gudiya scored two goals each and Simone Bodra, Naveen Kerketta, Abhishek Tigga and Jai Masih Tudi scored one goal each.
Jharkhand’s Joseph Topno was adjudged player of the match in this match.
